Cancellation FAQs
Personalized items: Cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, no cancellations are accepted.
Non-personalized items: Cancellations are possible within 12 hours if the order hasn’t been shipped. After shipment, cancellations are not accepted.
Many of our items are made to order or processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. After this process begins, we cannot stop or reverse it.
Return FAQs
Personalized items: All sales are final. Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Non-personalized items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Customer responsibility: We are not liable for incorrect size selection made at checkout. Please review our size guide carefully before purchasing.
Exception: If the item delivered does not match the size you ordered (e.g., you ordered a size 7 ring but received a size 6), we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Customer responsibility: If the return is due to personal preference (wrong size chosen, changed mind, etc.), the customer must cover the return shipping.
